About the speaker:

Cristina Morarescu is a digital transformation leader with academic roots at the University of Vienna, the Vienna University of Economics and Business, and a focused stint at New York University in communication science and digital marketing.

She began her career in startups and scaleups, working across growth hacking, product development, and digital marketing. At Nestlé, Cristina led the migration to a unified tech stack as Corporate Digital Brand Manager, then built an automated backend for consumer data collection & activation as NiM Digital Manager.

Today, she heads the Digital & Data Hub at Nestlé Austria, driving transformation across all functions & businesses.

Outside of work, Cristina is a passionate tennis player, having spent her youth chasing a pro dream on the court. She also loves hiking and spending time outdoors whenever she can.

¿Cómo podemos impulsar iniciativas que mejoren los procesos agrícolas sostenibles, optimicen la cadena de valor del cacao y aprovechen la digitalización del agro y el comercio, fortaleciendo el agroemprendimiento y la competitividad del sector?

Llega Hackatón Agro Futuro gracias a Iniciativa por los Jóvenes y Plan Cacao, un espacio pensado para jóvenes con ideas frescas y ganas de innovar. Durante dos días vivirás una experiencia única donde, junto a tu equipo, podrás co-crear soluciones que impacten directamente en el sector cacaotero, uno de los motores más importantes de nuestro país.
Para lograrlo, deberás escoger junto a tu equipo una de las tres temáticas del hackatón:

  1. Procesos agrícolas sostenibles: ¿Cómo apoyar a los productores de cacao para que adopten prácticas más responsables con el ambiente, productivas y rentables?
  2. Cadena de valor del cacao: ¿Cómo fortalecer la cadena de valor para que sea más eficiente, justa y competitiva en mercados locales e internacionales?
  3. Digitalización del agro y comercio: ¿Cómo aprovechar herramientas tecnológicas que conecten a los productores con información, financiamiento y nuevos mercados?

👉 La convocatoria está abierta para jóvenes entre 18 y 29 años, que estén cursando una carrera universitaria y que residan en Guayaquil. La inscripción se podrá realizar entre equipos de 4 personas y seleccionaremos a los 10 mejores equipos para que vivan la experiencia completa del hackatón.

🏆 Durante el evento tendrás acceso a sesiones de mentoría con expertos, espacios de networking y sobre todo, la oportunidad de desarrollar y presentar tu proyecto en un pitch final frente a un jurado. El equipo ganador recibirá un capital semilla para llevar su idea al siguiente nivel.

Exclusive challenge for youth based in Italy.

🎯 Challenge Objective: 

The Nestlé Group contest "Il Buono Che Ti Premia" began in 2016 to celebrate Nestlé's 150 years in Italy. Each year, the contest aims to strengthen brand association with Nestlé's corporate identity and stimulate consumer interest and participation by offering appealing prizes. This initiative works by featuring dedicated spaces and extra displays in supermarkets across the country. After 10 years, it has become a recognized event for both trade and shoppers. The success of the initiative is attributed to the clarity and ease of participation, along with the attractiveness of the prizes offered.

 

We are looking for new ways to amplify this yearly contest and bring even more impact to Italian households. Your task is to come up with innovative ideas on how "Il Buono Che Ti Premia" can be more impactful than ever. You will work with a fictional budget of EUR 140,000 to bring your ideas to life. Share your best proposals to participate in this amazing challenge!

 

🏆 Challenge Reward:

  • Pitching of projects in front of leadership teams and HR
