Hey Gen Z! Want to help shape the future of Nestlé USA brands and win a $10,000 Prize? We're looking for your innovative ideas on how to make our brands even cooler and more relevant to YOU!

🎯 Whether it's through digital experiences, marketing tactics, partnerships & collaborations, or product innovations, how can our brands connect authentically to meet the needs of Gen Z consumers?​

We're not just looking for the same old strategies. We need your help to make sure our brands are always on point and totally in sync with your incredible generation. Show us your deep understanding of Gen Z preferences, behaviors, and values, and explain why it's so important for our brands to resonate with this awesome consumer segment.

💡 What are we looking for:

• Ideas that fit with one or more of the current Nestlé USA brand categories.

• Innovative and out of the box ideas – the sky is the limit!
• Ideas that resonate with the US consumer.

⏰ Challenge Timelines:

1. Call for ideas: from 02.26.2024 to 03.15.2024  03.22.2024 end of day. Extended Call for applications just got extended!
2. Evaluation phase 1: Starting on 03.22.2024
3. Coaching Sessions: 03.26.2024 – 04.12.2024
4. Pitching Phase 1 Session: 04.17.2024
5. Coaching Sessions: 04.18.2024 – 05.22.2024
6. Pitching Phase 2 Session: 05.23.2024 👉 During this session you will have the opportunity to pitch your idea to the Nestlé USA Executive leadership team at the Nestlé USA HQ in Arlington, VA (all travel expenses paid by Nestlé).

✅ Eligibility criteria:

• Applicants must be between 18-29 years old.
• Applicants can apply with a team member or as an individual.
• Applicants must be residents of Continental U.S
• Applicants must be available to pitch their idea on May 23rd, 2024, if chosen as a finalist for the The Phase 2 Pitching Session.
